Subscription to the newsletter is free of charge. By subscribing, you secure a non-binding spot on our launch waitlist for Berlin.

• A waitlist entry does not guarantee ticket availability or immediate beta admission.
• Early access codes, founder discounts, and event invites will be distributed based on venue capacity and local launch phases.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time without incurring any costs.

MatchQuest events and afterglow matching are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. By joining our newsletter, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

MatchQuest is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and harassment-free community. We reserve the right to exclude individuals who violate community guidelines from attending events or participating in beta programs.

All logos, visual assets, text, photography, and design tokens associated with MatchQuest are the intellectual property of Smartlope GmbH. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
